The staff was helpful and informative, providing us with valuable information about the city. The hotel's location was convenient, close to several key tourist attractions. the cleanliness of our room was impressive.
The heated pool was out of service during our stay, and the surrounding areas of the pool were in need of renovation. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the exterior of the building appeared worn and outdated.
